IBFIM is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, accountability and ethical conduct in all its business dealings. The Whistleblowing Policy is established to foster a culture of openness and accountability by encouraging the reporting of any actual or suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour, corruption, abuse of power, malpractice or violations of applicable laws, regulations and IBFIM’s policies.
The policy provides a secure and confidential channel for employees, Board members, consultants, trainers, vendors and other associated persons to raise concerns in good faith. All reports will be handled fairly, objectively and in a timely manner, with appropriate protection afforded to whistleblowers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Reports may be made in relation to:
- Fraud, corruption, bribery, theft or abuse of power;
- Misuse of IBFIM’s assets or resources;
- Breaches of laws, regulations, policies or procedures;
- Unethical or improper conduct;
- Health, safety or environmental concerns; and
- Any action taken against an individual for making a whistleblowing report in good faith.
Individuals who wish to report any actual or suspected misconduct may do so through IBFIM’s designated whistleblowing channels. Reports of any such concerns may be made to the following:

This Policy Statement shall be read together with the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, Code of Business Ethics and Gift Management Policy of IBFIM.
